Welcome to the services of Good Health Technology Co., Ltd. (美好健康科技股份有限公司, "we", brand name iFRESH, website www.twifresh.com, the "Service"). By registering, signing in with LINE or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides member management, LINE Login, skin analysis and skincare reference information, product and service recommendations, and related content. We may add, change or end any part of the Service at any time. Product recommendations are generated from your skin profile using fixed rules, and some are for partner brands' products. When you buy through a recommendation link, we may receive a referral commission from the partner brand; this does not change the price you pay.

 

2. Accounts and LINE Login

1. You can create an account with LINE Login or other methods we offer.

2. You must keep your details accurate, current and complete, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Keep your LINE account and sign-in credentials safe, and tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.

4. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, for reasonable cause.

5. If you are under 18, you may register and use the Service only after your legal guardian has read, understood and agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

 

3. Your obligations

When using the Service, you must not:

1. Break the law, public order or good morals.

2. Infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

3. Upload images or data of other people without their consent.

4. Use automated tools or improper means to interfere with the Service or its security.

5. Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

 

4. Nature of the skin analysis, and disclaimer

1. The skin analysis is cosmetic reference information. It is not a medical service and must not be used to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, or as medical advice.

2. Results can vary with image quality, lighting and device, and are for skincare reference only.

3. If you have concerns about your skin or health, please consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

 

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, trademarks, interfaces, software and other content of the Service belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly transmit or otherwise use them beyond personal use.

6. Personal data

We collect, process and use your personal data in line with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy. Please see the Privacy Policy for the purposes, categories and your rights.

7. Changes, suspension or termination

We may suspend or end all or part of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, force majeure or operational needs, and will give advance notice where possible. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions this causes.

8. Limitation of liability

1. The Service and its content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific needs.

2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service uses LINE's third-party sign-in and related features. When using them you must also follow LINE's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of third-party services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting them on this website. If you keep using the Service after an update is posted, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute about the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
